"Broken Tooth" marks the return of My Hard Reset: the new single imagined during the lockdown.

Released on June 21, 2021 on all streaming and download platforms, “Broken Tooth”, the new single from the Florentine indie rock band My Hard Reset.
The song, characterized by a modern and captivating sound, marks the return on the scene after six years after “Machinery & Humanity”, an album released under the name Hard Reset together with the American label Sliptrick Records. The song in question, an indie-pop ballad with intimate and reflective verses and an airy and dreamy refrain, tells of two contrasting emotions: the joy of discovery and the sadness of abandonment. In that "feeling alone in the midst of many", in gentrified and dystopian concrete jungles it would be nice to be able to preserve a "little world" of perfection, created by the meeting of two imperfect and profoundly different people. Two people who are so distant get lost, but they never stop looking towards the other half of the sky, towards those who were able to make you feel special in a world where everything is ephemeral and constantly changing.
“Broken Tooth” was imagined in full lock down, recorded and mixed in the Prato sound studios by Andrea Benassai, while the master is the work of Andrea “Bernie” De Bernardi of Eleven Mastering.
The official video of the song, which will follow the debut on the digital platforms of the piece, avails itself of the collaboration of various filmmakers and videomakers including, Colby Moore, Kelly Kerr, Brody Davis and Mikeel Araña.

In uscita il 21 giugno 2021 su tutte le piattaforme di streaming e download, “Broken Tooth”, il nuovo singolo dalla band indie rock fiorentina My Hard Reset.
Il brano, caratterizzato da un sound moderno e accattivante, segna il ritorno sulle scene dopo sei anni di distanza da “Machinery & Humanity”, album pubblicato col nome Hard Reset assieme alla label americana Sliptrick Records. Il brano in questione, una ballata indie-pop con strofe intime e riflessive e un ritornello arioso e sognante, racconta di due emozioni contrastanti: la gioia della scoperta e la tristezza dell’abbandono. In quel “sentirsi soli in mezzo a tanti”, in giungle di cemento gentrificate e distopiche sarebbe bello poter conservare un “piccolo mondo” di perfezione, creatasi dall’incontro di due persone imperfette e profondamente diverse. Due persone così distanti si perdono, ma non smettono di guardare verso l’altra metà del cielo, verso chi è stato in grado di farti sentire speciale in un mondo in cui tutto è effimero e in continuo cambiamento.
“Broken Tooth” è stata immaginata in pieno lock down, registrata e mixata negli studi Sonoria di Prato da Andrea Benassai, mentre il master è opera di Andrea “Bernie” De Bernardi della Eleven Mastering.
Il video ufficiale del brano, che seguirà l’esordio sulle piattaforme digitali del pezzo, si avvale della collaborazione di vari filmaker e videomaker fra cui, Colby Moore, Kelly Kerr, Brody Davis e Mikeel Araña .
